So happy to have found The Green Barn. They have groomed my 2 golden doodles better than anyone I've ever used for grooming services in Madison County. Jessie and Stella are 6 and 8 years old so we have been through lots of groomers. The ladies are kind, accommodating, love all the doggos and want their clients to be satisfied. I have also had my 2 year old Great Pyrenees, Ghost, groomed here and he he has been boarded here on several occasions. He is a big ole baby who does not like change but he absolutely loves going to The Green Barn to play with his friends. He always comes home happy and tired from his play days. They’ve done great with my Doodle. Cocker Spaniel has been ok. Yorkie looks terrible. I would not recommend if you like teddy bear Yorkie cut. Pictures show prior to groom, photo sent to groomer to replicate, and what my poor baby was given. This is going to take 2-3 months to regrow her hair to have another groomer try to fix. Please beware with your Yorkies. I am growing out the top that is falling into her eyes so that is intentional. Other than that, nothing is like the cut requested and I could show multiple photos where the cut is uneven all over her body. The groomer got mad at me for being upset about her appearance, rudely offered me her shears as if I could fix it myself, no apology given, still took my money. Even when I got there to get my dogs they threw their collars and leashes onto the ground for me to bend over and pick up myself. I stood there confused and after a minute she picked the collars up and said she’d put their leashes on. (Like shouldn’t this be standard it is everywhere else I’ve gone I’ve never had their collars and leashes thrown into the floor at my feet???) After asking for feedback on my FB I got the courage to return and request a refund which they did give me. Still no apology and treated me like they did nothing wrong. The groomer even referenced a teddy bear cut when I dropped her off and had the picture sent to her phone so it definitely wasn’t a miscommunication. Very disappointed and want to save anyone else the possible heartache of going through what I have so I am sharing here. More...

We used the boarding and grooming services for our pups. It was so nice knowing they were cared for while we were out of town and coming home to clean, freshly cut pups was an added bonus. We love The Green Barn!

Shata is awesome! My fur baby goes monthly and gets super excited when we tell her it’s her “Spa Day”! She is especially great with her nails which we have had a rough go with a previous groomers.
The Green Barn is a God send!!
Their daycare is pretty awesome too! My pup makes friends and comes home clean happy and exhausted lol.

Today was Yeezy’s first day ever attending daycare and I am so happy that I used The Green Barn! Being new to town and the weather change we don’t get to spend as much time outside, he absolutely loved it and came home EXHAUSTED ♥️🥰
