My name is Tamara Rosa, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (License #87992).

​I am truly passionate in working with individuals and families that are seeking balance, growth, and harmony in their lives.

​My clinical work is influenced by current research on Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology and Positive Parenting. Moreover, I integrate Play Therapy strategies and interventions on my work with children.

My area of focus includes behavioral challenges, social competencies, relationship difficulties, communication problems, low self-esteem, grief and loss, parental coaching, treatment of anxiety and depression, self-regulation, stress management, and anger management skills.
