Working with SummaFit was a personalized experience that I had not experienced in any of the previous programs or coaches I’ve had.
I’ve probably tried 9 different programs had several different coaches and struggled to find a connection. With Christine and Mitch I was able to be honest about my capabilities and what I was willing to do and have my program meet that and exceed my expectations.
I moved from CrossFit to more standard style of lifting to cardio and stamina building and they are able to guide me all the way through.
I commonly have trouble getting enough fuel in for all the training I do and their recipes make it very easy to have a quick snack or dinner for the rest of the week. I rarely find business accounts on Instagram I want to follow but Summafits is where I go for training info or recipe for lunch.

I began training with Mitch & Christine when I was preparing for 2 competitions - a CrossFit competition and an Ironman triathlon.
In addition I am a student in college with a tight schedule and BACK ISSUES!! Christine, Mitch and I worked together to create a program that would allow me to keep muscle and strength so that I could prepare for my CrossFit competition AND work in conditioning and long bike rides/runs/swims & not be pooped.
My training program was flexible - I was always moving between globo gym & CrossFit gym or no gym - and they offered me a variety of choices when I asked. I am now doing the glute program - so much gains with hip strength and balancing out quad to hammie. Love the range they offer in programs from 1 on 1 to pdf. The 1 on 1 really helped me mentally and kept me accountable. The pdf is just super fun to do with my gym friends who purchased it too!

I have been training for over 10 years and personal training for over 5.
