I have worked in direct therapy since 1994. I was the senior social worker at a trauma-focused behavioral health center. Additionally I was the clinical coordinator at a mental health clinic. I started my practice in 2001 to serve the community. I treat children, adolescents, adults and families. I always say that the core of therapy is the therapeutic rapport. For the client to be comfortable and courageous enough, to say everything. It can be a challenging journey, but always intriguing, collaborative and enhancing. I will be accepting of you as you are, and how you want to grow/mature.
Sessions are $100 self pay. I accept out of network benefits in most plans. I also accept Oxford/Optum/United Health care In network.
