I have had few personal trainers in my quest to reach my goals in fitness for the past 3 years. So, this is not a new year resolution for me.
My past TWO different personal trainers had become a little hard to establish a routine. My overall progress in strength, cardio and flexibility have stalled. Having a bad lower back doesn't help, but with a KNOWLEDGEABLE professional trainer, the sky is the limit. Enter here Adam Smith. He is what I was looking for to reach the next level.
Adam was quick to communicate, easy to schedule and has been on time (my pet peeve, people not on time).
After my first session, I could tell I finally got a Professional Trainer, that knows his trade. The session was ALL fun, full of new challenges and most important safe to my lower back. The Kickboxing part was an eye opening fun experience.
Having a Karate background, I felt back at home. I couldn't wait for the next sessions. I guess the saying: "Can't teach an old dog new tricks", doesn't apply to me. At 57 years young, I am ready to learn and kick some serious........ ;-)
I have been training with Adam for 2 years and have slowly lost 30 pounds of fat, waist from 38" to 33" and feel super strong.
If you are stuck in your fitness journey or are looking for a lifestyle change, don't waste time and call Adam. I already did the research for you all.

Can’t say enough good things about Adam! He works with our son for strength training as well as kick boxing thrown in for cardio and fun. I hadn't worked out for a couple of years and decided I needed to get back in shape. I found Adam and started training a year ago. and have been very happy with my progress. Having been a former exerciser, I gained my strength and feel much stronger.

I have also appreciated how he has worked with me on where I am at and not trying to push me so I hard that I want to give up but pushes just enough to help me progress. I especially like him mixing up my workouts so I don't get bored and it keeps the workouts interesting.

I've been working with Adam for over a year and couldn't be happier. I began working with him because of chronic low back and coccyx pain after unsuccessful treatment through chiropractic care and traditional physical therapy. Under Adam's direction, I've seen vast improvements in my challenge areas along with significant improvements in my overall strength and fitness. I can now do without pain many activities that a year ago left me sore for days. Q&As

I work very hard to help clients focus on their most important goal and maintain that focus throughout the program. I take an improvisational approach and set up sessions based on how a client is feeling on a particular day. Sometimes they need to attack the punch mitts. Sometimes they just need some joint relief. I also expect accountability, but I never belittle people when they are having a weak moment. This is a process, and we're not all at our best every single day. My job is to encourage and support while pushing people as far as they can go.

There is no secret. It all depends on what a client is willing to give up in order to achieve the body composition they are looking for. If people decide to eat lean protein, healthy fats, and low-glycemic carbs, then the diet is taken care of. If people take the extra time to exercise on days when I am not training them, then the fitness is taken care of. If people prioritize their lives in such a way that physical health and stress reduction comes first, then the mind will stay focused. Most of us struggle somewhere, and perfection is a lofty and elusive goal. Consistency over time is key.

I love watching people who didn't think they were capable of reaching their goals, blow them out of the water. Witnessing people gain confidence and strength is truly rewarding.

I had a vision for the style and approach I wanted to incorporate as a trainer. I cater to people whose lives are busy, stress levels are high, and time is limited. Most can't make it to a gym for any number of reasons. I wanted to provide a service that brings the gym to them.

I know what it is like to struggle. Through hard work and help from other people, I have overcome alcohol, nicotine, and fast food addictions. I have two young children, and I rarely get a full night's sleep. I can relate to the person who just doesn't think it's possible to start from where they are. I am living proof that if I can do it, anyone can do it. I love every minute of this job and I truly want my clients to succeed.
