Full disclosure - I am a coach myself and you might be asking why a coach would hire a coach. The reason why I started working with Shannon is first I know the value a coach can bring and because we started chatting and her passion for running was the motivation for me to begin a new habit.
Before we started working together I often would think I really need to work on cardio at the very least walk - now I have been thinking this off and on for years and I never could do it longer than a couple weeks before “life” would get in the way and I would stop yet again.
Now after working with Shannon I know why I would let “life” stop me and found ways to include cardio in with my frequent travel lifestyle; not only do I now walk at least 30 minutes daily but I run at least 3 times a week and even ran a 5k without stopping!!!
