Reconstructed by Sam is not only an L.L.C. or a gym. It’s a place of fitness. Our facility is located in Atlanta Georgia. It is one out of many personal training studios. Individuals can come here and feel free to work out and build their confidence. It is highly recommend that our trainees obtain a personal trainer when deciding to undergo “Reconstructed by Sam.”

Our trainers can not only help you reach your goals, but will also build a connection with you, serving as what we call a Responsibility Coach’. Also we require you to focus on self-love. What makes us different is the vibe and energy we offer you from the minute you walk through our doors. Reconstructed by Sam offers one on one consultation, semi, sports and group training; core classes, meal plan recommendations are also offered by some of the finest most educated trainers/nutritionist in the area.
