PURRology SPaw & Retreat.

I'm not going to make this long and strung out!! Our cat didn't get her lion cut does correctly! They call it something else but its a lion cut. This was our third time their and the tail was not shaved like they were supposed to do. Also left clumps of cut fur on the cat after the lady doing the trimming said she was good to go. Uneven butchered mane and legs and feet are uneven and from our shaved. Amateur groomers at their best. Bottom line I spoke to the owner and she says removing cut clumps of fur from shaving her is not included because we didn't pay for a brushing of a practically all shaved cat. For the tail she said that we could come back and they would shave the tail at her convenience instead of giving us a refund. Diesel is 6.50 a gallon to go back and do something that was supposed to be done correct the first time and at the owners convenience. Also saying that if we decide to bring him back ( already assuming that she messed up enough for us not to want to) next time he needs a cut, then she will try and do it right next time. All of this instead of refunding our money or giving a discount to make up for her mistake!!! Great job owner!!!! I am so happy we took my Persian cat, Pishi, here to get groomed! This is the best grooming place in San Diego for cats hands down! The facility is super clean, nice, and only services cats. If you have a cat then you know it can be hard to find a good cat groomer....I wish I found this place sooner! The staff is extremely caring and knowledgeable. The haircut was absolutely beautiful and smelled so good! When we went to pick my cat up she was hanging out in their "sunroom" which I thought was so sweet because she looked so happy and content. My cat has high anxiety and get scared easily but she was so calm and comfortable when we picked her up and even after we brought her back home. The service and love my cat received was worth every single penny. It's so nice to have found a place that creates such a stress-free environment for cats and puts the owners' minds at ease. I will be a life-long customer here! Jonelle, Patrick, and Lindsey are all rockstars. Thank you guys for taking such good care of our fur baby! More...

Where to start!!! This place is awesome. From the staff to the Facility itself. When I arrived with my cats it was all abiout them and making me feel like my felines were number 1. I was going out of town for a couple days and was some what nervous as this was the 1st time I was leaving my cats any where but my house with a family member. They more then reassured me that they would take good care of my babies. They even sent photos of my babies laying around in there sun room. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to leave there cats. I was 100 percent happy and they even do grooming! My cats were happy and clean(smelled amazing). More...

This place is the best for grooming and boarding your feline friends.  I recently had to move and boarded my 4 furry beasts so that we would have peace of mind with movers coming in and out of the house.  We didn't want anyone making a dash out the doors.  It was such a stress reliever to know that my kitties were safe and sound, getting spoiled by their fur-iends and PURRology Spay and Retreat.  They even sent me pictures!!  Highly recommend - we also have our persian kitty groomed here and am delighted with every service.
