I have used a few different agencies for web design. The experience with Promotely was very different. They took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve and were really flexible about accommodating my needs. Dante and the team were easy and fun to work with they understood my requirements and were available 24*7 to answer any of my questions. I was really impressed with the end result. I hired Promotely to build a Wix website (found them through Wix) for a political campaign. I needed it fast, and I needed to be able to take over control of the site once it was built. Promotely did everything I asked for and more, met all the deadlines, and generally just made the whole process very smooth and pain-free. Dante also helped me navigate and better understand how to use Wix so I could do it on my own after the job finished. As an old guy who's tried his best to keep up w/internet technology, I'm no match for the work that goes into publishing and maintaining an attractive, professional website. So, I went to wix.com, with whom I've had some productive dealings over recent years. Told them I needed a web designer for a new acrting class I'm starting in Petaluma. They connected me w/Dante Louis.It would be hard to find the proper superlative for Dante. He is, first and foremost, a gentleman--kind, courteous and sympathetic to my needs. Never did he condescend to me or treat me like I was a luddite (which, I suppose I am).Dante and his team really are my 'dream team.' The things that they did, w/out any prompting from me, was remarkable. It was like they did nothing but make websites for acting classes. They intuitively knew what was needed, and they put themselves wholeheartedly into the task. The result is something I'm very proud of. Starting any new business is stressful. Anxiety tends to take over. But in my case, with Dante Louis at my side (virtually), everything fell into place.
