TLDR: Great location, quality facilities designed for a large range of fitness goals /mobility constraints, and great guys that care about building strength and stamina while minimizing risk of injury. Moonin trained my girlfrind and I starting in my 6th month of recovery from knee surgery and he always did a great job of balancing pushing us and protecting our weaker joints. After 12 or so sessions my knee and leg strength strength has night and day improved and my overall flexibility/mobility and comfort has improved massively as well.They were very flexible on making my non-conventional schedule work with traveling to and from Boston, Northborough, and Hopkinton in the evenings. Moonin is awesome! He is systematic in his fitness plan and his prior formal training/ certification necessary for this shows in his current work. So I have had a ton of personal trainers over the years. When I decided to get back into it I did a lot of research and met with about 5 gyms. The thing about personal trainers is that they're not really regulated, and many are given clients to train with little to no background information. InMotion impressed me with their obvious knowledge, conscientiousness, and friendliness. They do an extensive fitness & mobility assessment that gave me confidence in their ability to help me get healthier without injury.I am mostly working with Moonin, but my interactions with Billy and Justin have also been fabulous ! I have been working with Moonin the last 4 weeks and I have to say I am really enjoying the workouts. Moonin develops a program that works on your weaknesses and also total fitness. He also provides great motivation and encouragement.

Have been attending Small Group Training as well as Personal One-on-One Training with Billy. The classes are very tailored and feel like personal training, targeting problem areas and working on entire body. Billy has been amazing at explaining movements and reasons for certain exercises, which is helpful for someone trying to get back in the swing of things. The gym itself is exceptionally clean and inviting. Trainers are very flexible with scheduling sessions, with early mornings available which was crucial for me. I've seen great results thus far and look forward to continuing to train at Professional Home Fitness. Fully recommend! More...

Client Testimonial: I am 72 years old and have had several personal trainers over the last 20 years. I can honestly say that Moonin has been my best trainer. He has an innate feel for getting the best results from each exercise. He evaluates form and makes corrections to my form, where appropriate. He safely pushes me just beyond my comfort zone and he can be very creative in mixing up the exercises for each session so I don’t fall in to a routine. I began training with Moonin several months ago and I am extremely pleased with my results so far. I am a stay at home mom and I desperately needed some motivation to get back in shape. I started out with the free initial consult and three training sessions for $99 because it was such a great deal. Since then I have continued with my training two to three times a week with several different trainers. I’ve found the them all to be professional, friendly and very accommodating to my schedule. Our consultation process will walk you through a variety of fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle questions and assessments to best decide what path the client should take in order to most efficiently improve on your quality of life. Once the assessment is complete and analyzed, we'll then sit down with you and help you create realistic and motivating goals that will keep you accountable to replace bad habits with healthier ones in order to maintain a healthier lifestyle moving forward!
We believe any health goal you have should be attacked inside and outside of the gym to get you the results you deserve, most effectively!

The secret really isn't so secretive... it's a very simple word. Dedication. That means if you say you're going to workout 3 days a week, you stick to it. If you say you're going to eat healthier, you cut back on the pizza and french fries. Getting "the body of your dreams" comes down to how hard you're willing to work to get it. Remember, excellence isn't an action, it's a habit. Therefore, to achieve your fitness goals you need to commit yourself to healthier habits for a happier life!

I love what I do because I enjoy helping others stay healthier, live longer, and feel better! When a client realizes that he/she doesn't have to live with the back pain that's been persistent for 5-10 years, or overall body soreness and achiness subsides when exercise is implemented into a lifestyle correctly, there's a real sense of accomplishment and gratification that I can't seem to find elsewhere. I've experienced the benefit of exercise in my own life for injury prevention, anxiety, depression, increased energy and enhanced mood, and fat loss/muscle gain! Since I noticed the importance of fitness in myself I decided I would dedicate my life to helping others feel the difference also!

I wanted to build a business based on a reputation for quality individualized coaching, and it shows in our clients!

I've worked in a variety of wellness settings, from big-box gyms to private fitness studios. I wanted to create an experience for clients that was unlike anything else and gets people the results they're after most efficiently! I found that there were three big issues with how fitness facilities are run:
1) Many trainers are hired with minimal or no fitness certifications
2) Clients would only be assisted in health through exercise
3) Management reviewed business success on money, not client results

All our coaches are nationally-certified and/or have a Degree in the field, we help you create healthier habit adjustments, nutritional plans, and S.M.A.R.T. goal-setting (along with getting your exercise on track), and we've built a reputation for quality training that's rarely found nowadays, and our testimonials prove it!

We're constantly being referred clients from Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, and Massage Therapists, showing our enhanced reputation in the areas we serve. More than a third of our business is done through referrals, showing how happy clients have been with our trainers and specialized training programs! We make it convenient, quick, and efficient for you to fit a robust work out in your busy schedule. We travel to you, promptly, with our own equipment and your very own individualized training regimine best tailored to your unique fitness needs.

At Professional Home Fitness' new fitness studio in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, we provide one-on-one private fitness coaching to meet any wellness or fitness goals a client may have. We assess each client for his/her overall wellness by looking at mobility, flexibility, strength, balance, and body composition. This is done to service the clients with not only their short-term goals, but also to benefit their long-term health.
