Awesome gym! Great instructors and staff. Very friendly. This center really cares about you coming to the gym to improve your health.
So many different classes offered to draw all interests and all levels. Cannot say enough about how this gym has improved my health and well-being. My personal favorites are dance- Zumba, Bollywood, Bachata, Hip Hop; but also enjoy Tai Chi, Pilates, and the work with my phenomenal personal trainer. However, there are also excellent athletic type classes well as wonderful classes in Yoga, VBarre, and meditative classes, and aqua classes, etc. Just too many to name.
One super wonderful person is Al Joseph, who really goes the extra distance and effort to connect with members and make them feel part of the "family". He was the key that kept many of us coming back. He knows you by name!
Since I have taken a variety of classes but could not continue all of them, I can say the instructors are super. Just wish I had the time and energy to fit them ALL in. Love this gym!

Key differentiators from other gyms include the close proximity to hospitals (and the involvement with outpatient care and physical therapy that comes with that) and the emphasis on periodic assessments as part of membership. Like any popular chain it can get crowded- but facilities and equipment are clean and well maintained. More...

This gym is absolutely incredible. The general manager is awesome and always willing to help with any questions. The trainers are attentive and really work with you one on one. The overall atmosphere is enjoyable, the machines and rooms are clean and it doesn’t smell like a typical gym, which is nice! The pool is awesome and the additional amenities in the locker rooms and around the gym are exceptional. Totally recommend!! More...

I have since been contacted by the swim manager and he was extremely helpful. My daughter started her lessons again and we are very happy.
I find their swim coordinator to be completely incompetent. I signed up my daughters, but it took forever for me to find someone who could help me and schedule classes. This is after I had made all the payments. The swim instructor ended up cancelling most of the classes and later asked me to find some other instructor to continue lessons. There was no effort made by the gym to help me with this. I don’t believe they even know what goes on with swim instruction. They still owe me money!!
