We’ve been taking our German shepherd puppy Sid here for puppy training and daycare the last couple months. We love the facility but we especially appreciate the trainer Sandy Jordan! She loves our little guy almost as much as we do and she really knows her stuff. Her guidance in training has been so helpful for both our behavior and Sid’s. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional. She gives us videos and plenty of informative handouts to supplement the in-person sessions. I highly recommend her for your dog training needs. Our most recent boarding with Petsuites will be our last. The staff is rude, the prices have almost doubled and our dog contracted kennel cough while at their facility.

We are longtime customers and my dogs love Petsuites. That said, the exponential raise in rates this year is forcing me to look for other options. It’s now almost double the cost it was before, and eliminating the early pickup policy does not help. I picked up my dogs before 8 am and was charged $30 for the day! I trust the care and appreciate the staff very much, but you’re pricing many of your customers out. There’s no way I can board there for a vacation. I completely understand the need to raise rates over the years, but this is far more than a basic hike. More...

I have a 7 month old Catahoula Leopard Dog/Australian Shepherd mix named Bella. She is extremely high energy and was struggling to learn basic commands.
She attended weekly training sessions, and recently returned from a Stay and Study program with Sandy, the dog trainer at PetSuites. During that time, my puppy has mastered name recognition, sit, down, and stay. While she is still working on loose leash walking, she has shown much improvement. Our daily walks have become much more enjoyable!
Sandy is wonderful to work with! She genuinely cares about every dog that she trains and finds ways to meet each dogs needs. She keeps you updated on your dog’s progress with videos and informational handouts to help you continue training at home. I am very appreciative of the time Sandy spent with Bella! I would highly recommend Sandy and the stay and study program at PetSuites - Erlanger.

It was my first time using Petsuites Erlanger. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. My little Boston terrier hasn't been away from me very much and she was skitish when we dropped her off but when we picked her up I could tell she had really enjoyed her stay. They don’t tell you the truth on price they was trying to charge me more than should they fixed it after explaining to them for the 4th time. It was my dogs first time there they didn’t offer a tour just was a weird first visit. Just wasn’t a great first visit. More...

I cannot say enough good things about this place! My husband and I adopted our first dog in April. We had already planned a vacation in June and were worried about leaving our new puppy somewhere that she would be scared.
PetSuites in Erlanger came highly recommended from our friends. They were super easy to work with, very informative about the services they offer and prices, and even texted me to confirm everything was ready!
I was still nervous dropping our puppy off before leaving town, but they texted me pictures of her to show me she was having a great time. I also received daily updates on how she was getting used to the facility.
I will definitely take our puppy back when we leave town again, and am also looking into the day play program, so that way our puppy doesn't have to stay at home alone while my husband and I are at work.

We booked for our dogs to stay there in June while we are on vacation. We used them June of last year. This year 2 days prior to us leaving I am told they cannot accept my dogs vaccinations because they were self administered, except the Rabies vaccination that was done by the vet. I explained to they lady one the phone we did the same exact thing last year and had 0 issues and she could pull the files. She said this policy has been in affect for the past 2 years. I explained again we did it last year and when I booked this year I was told this was still okay. I asked if they could allow my dogs to stay as a one time courtesy since it is such short notice and next year I will have all vaccines administered by a vet to avoid any problems. She said she had to check with upper management. She called me back to let me know they said they couldn't do anything and the only reason they let us do it last year was because we were new and they didn't have many dogs due to covid. No one told me last year this was outside of policy. It is very upsetting I have to scramble to find someone else to accept my dogs two days prior to my vacation because they are not hurting for business this year. Since they apparently don't need my business I will not be boarding my dogs with them ever again. Terrible customer service. More...
