I absolutely love Pet Squire! It's super convenient and about 10 minutes away from where I live. My dog Lola always seems to enjoy her stay and the staff is careful to take extra steps to for her because of her special needs (a paw injury from when she was a stray caused her bones to grow crookedly). They are always accommodating if I need to board on short notice and send regular photos which I really appreciate. I would highly recommend! More...

I'm very thankful for Pet Squire and Marisel. Recently, my senior chi was diagnosed with a brain tumor and cannot be left alone for too long. We previously used pet squire to watch our pups when they were healthy and had a fantastic experience. So we reached out to see if they could help us watch our chihuahua in our home from time to time. We needed someone who is compassionate and also is able to administer rescue medicine if needed. I am so happy that we found Marisel because i trust her to take care of my little one. She is so kind to her, and knows exactly how to make her comfortable while I'm away. It has helped take a lot of stress off my plate as I can go to work knowing my baby is in the best hands. Definitely would recommend for in-house pet sitting and overnight stays!! More...

I just returned from a week long trip where I boarded my dog , Polo with Pet Squire. I saw them reviewed in the Nextdoor app as a reliable pet boarding service! The booking was so easy ! Marisel was my main point of contact and she made sure Polo was taken care of. I would receive pictures and constant updates which let me know he was in good hands and having a fun time. (His own vacation) Also, if you consider boarding do yourselves a favor and add a bath! When I picked him up he was so clean and smelled good. When I picked up my puppy, he had a bad skin infection under his collar on his neck. It looked like he had been wearing a wet collar. The facility was not what I expected. I thought it would be a house based upon pictures on the site, but it is in an office space in a warehouse/commerce park. I couldnt see where the dogs were kept, where they played or where they slept. They do send pictures of your pup playing, which is nice, but otherwise, i would not recommend this business. More...

Exceptional service. They keep you updated and send you pictures of your baby, on top of that, my dog (who is VERY hyper) always comes back home well-fed and tired. . and a tired dog is a happy dog!! Went away for a week with my entire family for the holiday break and Pet Squire saved the day with taking in my Frenchie, who is extremely needy and affectionate. I get nervous when others watch him because he's very in your face pups but Pet Squire made me feel very comfortable leaving him behind. There was a meet and greet first so you can give the low down on your pups and can meet the lovely pet master that will take care of your pup. Everything went smoothly to drop off and pick up. There are no amount of words I can say to express my gratitude towards the Pet Squire team! My girlfriend and I needed boarding services for my princess, Nairobi (Siberian Husky), over Christmas break. Although their boarding was completely booked, they aligned their pet sitters with my schedule to have someone come watch after my dog at home - this is a perfect example of being agile. They scheduled a pet sitter, Max (if any future client is interested), who showed up everyday I was gone for an hour to: feed, walk, play and clean.<br><br>Upon arrival home, my dog was in the best conditions and happy she had company while I was away.<br><br>Thank you again, Pet Squire! Truly amazed and lucky to have found this business! After my travel plans to take my puppy fell through I spent all morning the day of my flight frantically searching for someone that could be trusted to stay in my home and puppy sit. I found Pet Squire on Google and left a voicemail. Marisel, the owner, responded to my message promptly within 30 minutes. She not only was super sweet and down to earth, you can tell she really cares and really wanted to help considering what a bind I was in. She went above an beyond to coordinate with her team to find Laura was available to make my apartment her home from Thursday evening to Sunday mid day. She sent me the cutest pictures and videos in the AM and PM and could tell she truly enjoyed playing with my puppy Max. I felt so at ease because he looked so happy and I came home to find my place exactly as I left it. I was a little nervous overall about leaving my baby since I never had before, and Laura and Marisel were both highly communicative and professional, and made sure that I was happy and comfortable every step of the way! That level of customer service is hard to find. Also, the rate she charged for this I thought was very fair and would highly recommend using this service!!! I recently used Pet Squire for drop in feeding of my cat twice a day over a week period. It was a last minute decision, when my normal care provider suddenly became unavailable two days before I was set to leave on a trip. I was panicked and began looking up different options on line. When I called Pet Squire my call was answered immediately and the same day a meet and greet was arranged to allow me to meet Natalie who became my provider. it was such a relief to know things were all worked out and everything went smoothly. Natalie sent me texts with pictures at each visit (so I knew they all actually occurred). I could not have been more pleased with the way everything was conducted. I will definitely use this service again (and hopefully with Natalie as caretaker) in the future. They may be a tad more expensive than some of the other options available, but you can't put a price on that 'peace of mind' you get with this agency - so important when it is your beloved pet. I love Pet Squire!! I have to travel often for work and have three cats that are honestly my children. We are extremely bonded together. Being away from them absolutely crushes me emotionally. However, the times I am away from them are made a little easier knowing that Manali from Pet Squire is visiting them day and night and taking care of them while I am away. My feline children are usually pretty shy around strangers, but she has won their trust and is really wonderful with them. I would never put them in a boarding facility, so it was really important for me to be able to keep them at home and have someone stop by to take care of them in their home habitat. Last year I took our family dog, Lola, to meet Marisel and the Pet Squire team in advance of a planned vacation. Our family had never boarded Lola before and Marisel recommended the "meet and greet" to discuss Pet Squire's services, generally, and to specifically assess Lola's suitability for boarding . As I was introducing myself to Marisel, I lost hold of Lola's leash and she took off running. But for Marisel, I am confident that Lola would never have been returned in one piece as she is drawn to car noises, yet is completely oblivious to the dangers posed by cars and traffic. I gave up chasing Lola after a several block chase. Marisel, to my amazement, did not give up and kept running several more blocks before eventually retreiving Lola. So, while other reviewers have naturally adressed Pet Squire's caring and attentive staff ( which is, of course, true), I can attest to something more meaningful- Marisel's character; her instinctive action in a crisis demonstrated a care and attention beyond which I could have reasonably hoped from anyone under similar circumstances. Obviously, our family is in Marisel's debt and will forever have complete peace of mind when Lola is in Pet Squire's care. I strongly recommend Pet Squire to anyone looking for pet care services in Miami. More...

Marisel and her team of dog walkers have been taking my female english bulldog for daily walks for several months. They are very professional and reliable and my dog seems happy to see them. We can tell Marisel knew a lot about the particularities of our dog’s breed when we talked during our first meet and greet.
