Their service is WONDERFUL! I am a very particular pet owner, and let me just add that my pets consist of: 1 dog, 1 cat, 2 birds, 2 rats and 1 sugar glider. I used their service for nearly a week while I went on a trip to New York and not only were all of my pets very well taken care of (and there's a lot involved in taking care of all these different pets), I also got the cutest photos every night with updates on how everyone was doing. For the longest time, having this many pets, I had resigned myself to the fact that I just simply wouldn't be able to do any type of traveling that required me to be away from home overnight...until I met Carrie and discovered Paws Pet Care. It's obvious they are true pet lovers and really love what they do as they are very thorough on their first visit to meet your pets and get all the information needed to care for them in your absence. They're highly dependable and extremely trustworthy (had access to not only my home, but my business as well), and I just can't say enough great things about them. PAWS Pet Service in the Louisville metro area and the person that runs it, Bethany Buster, is an amazing service! Bethany was very timely in her email responses and provided a lot of information when requested. Carrie Martin was our pet sitter and she was truly fabulous always ensuring that our pets were taken care of and loved while we were gone for several days. Carrie was very attentive and sent photos each day while providing details of how each visit transpired. Thank goodness we discovered Paws Pet Care! We have two special needs cats and Paws Pet Care is so thorough and professional that my husband and I now travel with confidence that our " babies" are being well cared for while we are gone.
