I am one of those people who is always nervous to leave my fur baby anywhere. I wanted to wait a few stays before leaving a review; but, now that my dog Rosie has been here five times, I can say that she comes home happy every time. Amber in the front office is always kind and helpful. The other employees are also super welcoming and seem happy to see my pup every time I go to drop her off for boarding. During the pandemic we adopted two dogs who are a bit timid and have a hard time trusting others. We worried about where we would be able find a place to leave them when we would go away. My sister in law recommended Paws n claws so we gave it a try. 2 years later and we can safely say that our pups actually LOvE going here and at time when we pick them up our little Gio doesn't want to leave because he loves Ryan so much! We have taken our doggo for boarding here and they are exceptionally wonderful and professional. Friendly staff. Great rates. Easy to make appointments. They have option for playtime (additional fees). I was told the owners live upstairs so your pups are never alone. During boarding our dog has his own place and does not come in direct contact with other dogs so you don't have to worry. Highly recommend for short stays or long stays. Your pup is in good hands. This place is awesome. I took my dogs here a week ago Aria/McQueen. My first time and I was so impressed. Clean, professional, and affordable. You can tell the owner and the staff loves their job and they love animals. They are mom and pop which is a big plus in my book. My dogs were so happy with them. I don't normally board my dogs because my dogs are really old and picky, but I am glad I found this hidden gem. I highly recommend this place. It's been 10 years since my first review so I guess it's time for an update!I've been boarding my (now) two cats at Paws n Claws for a really long time, and I'm always happy with the service. Look, no cat I know of likes to be boarded, mine especially, but sometimes it has to be done. Paws n Claws makes the experience of boarding them the best it can possibly be. Of course it's not home, but they love and care for my cats like I do and that really matters to me. I can drop them off and go out of town and be confident that they are safe and fed and played with, which is one less thing I have to worry about while I'm gone. Plus, I've been a customer for so long that they really know my cats and their personalities and how to make their stay as good as it can be. Thanks Amber, Stephanie and the rest of the staff! I have moved and miss this place and the amazing, friendly people who work here. My dogs started staying there as well as getting groomed in 2009 and we used them until I moved last year. They were like my dogs second home as I did travel a bit and my pups always went off happily with whoever came out to take them back. The prices are ext fair and the care more than you pay. My pups are my family and I care a great deal where they stay and who takes care of them. I was so happy to have found them and really wish I could bring them to my new city.
