I originally said I'd go 2x a week for 1 month only. It has been 7 months now and I go 4 times a week and am in the best shape of my life. I really enjoy boxing so watching other individuals train while I train is very inspirational. Daniel (personal trainer) will make you work hard and reach your fitness goals. He is extremely knowledgable and takes every single client's fitness goals seriously. Highly recommend Ontario Boxing club! Try it once and you'll be addicted like I am! More...

Great boxing gym , i take my 11yr son its been three weeks since we be coming and wow 1st day my son knew nothing about boxing not even how to stand and now the coaches got him sparring thats how good the coaches teach they spend a lot of one on one with him sometimes in little groups my son loves it keeps him motivated.

Went there for the boxing cardio class, great experience. The instructor is very nice, and is encouraging. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a good workout without feeling like you're actually working out.

Really great vibe here! I love the small class sizes for the cardio boxing. Coaches are motivating and kept me pushing harder then I do on my own. When you bring a friend you both get $5 dollars off the class. Affordable class!!! More...
