I have been to several classes here and the place has a nice intimate feel. The teachers give you a lot of individual attention which has helped improve my practice compared to larger studios.

I never write reviews but felt compelled to do so in this case for the benefit of the surrounding community b/c this place is so special. NSE Yoga has made a massive positive impact on my life and I'm so grateful that I found it. Mark is incredibly knowledgeable and an amazing person to be around period. Every teacher is fantastic...you can't go wrong. I've been doing Kundalini Yoga with Mark 2x/week and Yin Yoga with Joyce 1x/week.
