Rumi took care of our dogs twice so far however she was great each time. Â They were both last minute requests and we were in a hurry. Â She picked up our dogs and made sure they were taken care of. The price is reasonable. Â The best thing is Rumi is able to pick up your dogs from home so you don't have to rush to the boarding place within their hours which is perfect in our crazy schedule. Rumyana is amazing! She helped me out when I was in a bind living in a temporary corporate apartment when I moved back to San Diego. I tried a couple services but one after the other... they all said they were busy even when my dog walking was later in the afternoon. When I got Rumi's return phone call she was so sweet and accommodating. Rumi to the rescue! Â Even though it was only for a short period of time, she took great care of my lab and texted me pictures of her walking my dog regularly. Our family has relied on Rumi for about three years now. Â Most important thing you should know is that she's reliable, and trustworthy. Â She spends at least 30 min with each visit. Â Rumi shows up twice a day, waking them up, feeding them, taking them for walks, cleaning up after them, and putting Lincoln and Tucker to bed each night. Â She sends a text with each visit, including a picture of the dogs. Â We have surveilance video that let's me check in on the dogs when we're away, and I can tell you that she ALWAYS shows up when she says she does, and gives my pups the attention they deserve. I have used North County Pet Sitting for 1 year and I wouldn't use anyone else. Rumi and Kristy are so caring when they watch my dog, Riley and my cat, Brownie. They will even send a photo of Riley when he is on a walk. And, recently, I have had to contact them on short notice and they are always able to accomodate my schedule.I would highly recommend them! Rumi and Kristy have been taking care of Peppers (my one year old pug) for about two months now. I called them last minute because my schedule changed quickly and they were ready to come over and meet Peppers immediately. Â Peppers took to both of them better than I have seen him take to a lot of people. Â They send me pics of Peppers on a walk or at doggie day care so I know how he is doing. Â Rumi even fed Peppers by hand one day for me since he was having some separation anxiety and was not eating a lot. Â One day Kristy picked him up for doggie day care and he was so excited, he didn't even look back to say good bye to me. Â I really appreciate that they take good care of Peppers because he is very important to me. For doggie day care, Kristy always comes to pick him up and drop him off so I don't have to worry about that on the way to or from work. Â Their prices are reasonable and I'm so glad I found them. Rumi has been watching our cats and dogs at our home over the last two years and we couldn't be more pleased! Â She leaves us a report on how they did, emails or calls with any concerns, and always responds very quickly to emails or messages.
