The absolute strongest ITF Taekwon-Do in central Florida! I have had the opportunity to train at other TKD Gyms in the area and was genuinely fed up with the flowery ineffective techniques that would otherwise leave you crippled in a real street fight or life or death situation. It was for this reason that I at one point totally abandoned ITF Taekwon-Do all together as an ineffective BS martial art; than I met Master Jose Zapata who showed me the core truth of REAL ITF TAEKWON-DO!I've been a mixed martial artist for 20 years and understand the value of being a well rounded fighter. Usually TKD is only a small part of the fight game, but this system of Full Contact ITF Taekwon-Do maintains the continuity of the traditional ITF syllabus, while evolving it's counter striking capabilities using Dirty Boxing and Muay Thai concepts! TKD is generally an illusive counter striking art at 1st distance; Our Taekwon-Do is both illusive and destructive on the inside. The missing component to every TKD fighter from beginner to Champion! REAL LIFE FOR TOMORROW
I went to the Saturday class and it was great! Jag is a great teacher giving me a novice first class. He's very knowledgeable and skilled and teaches very well. In my first class Ive been taught some basic fighting stances, combos, did some exercises and spared, which was awesome! I would definitely recommend him to anyone for this!If you want some sissy fighting, DON'T GO TO HIM! More...
