we made an appointment to have my dog groomed had to have him there before 9 I had to go back home get his shot records which was my fault I forgot them i get him there before 9:30 i ask them will they be able to groom him still they say yes no problem later we go pick him up at 4:30 they have had him sitting all day and haven't even touched him my dog has very bad Anxiety to the point of him shaking and having to take medication when he leaves the house and the groomer knows this if they would have told me he was gonna be last I would have been ok with it and rescheduled it I wouldn't be so upset if they didn't know he has really bad Anxiety but the person who grooms him does so imagine your dog sitting scared all day for almost 8 hours yea we won't be back

We have had our “old man” dog there twice. We travel a lot but new to the area and discovered this place last week. We dropped off our 15 year golden retriever last Wednesday for a 4 day stay. He seemed ok with it and we were happy with how cool in temperature the place was and clean. We had another trip planned for last Friday. So without a doubt we took him back for a 2 day stay. When we picked him up again he seemed fine at first but he did cough a little in the lobby. I did not think much of it. He sometimes will clear his throat. When putting him in our suv he started to cough more. All the way home he coughed a lot and once home started with a bad runny nose. I called pet suites up and they informed me there is a outbreak of sickness like kennel cough at the facility. That they are cleaning extra the place. I called the vet and they said it would of been better if they informed everyone. I then called back pet suites and the manger informed me they just started to find out about the outbreak and they are sorry. Also that they sent out a txt to everyone. Thing is I never got a txt. Our dog is real old. Idk if this could of been prevented. I’m a trustworthy guy. So perhaps true that this was only discovered as a outbreak Sunday morning when I picked him up. But it would of been nice to be informed while picking up our dog. **update** After 6 days of being sick and starting antibiotics he passed away Sunday 11/27 on his way back to the vet. More...

Oh my god. I love this place! Carsyn highly recommended me to bring my high energy pup Linus here to be socialized and just have a great time and they did not disappoint! I love the facility, it looks so nice and clean! The staff were so nice, just beyond my expectations honestly. Today was Linus’ first day and he loved it, he would not leave his play area. Bradley was also very good throughout the whole process. He’s very friendly and professional. He helped me make last minute changes to Linus’ day care reservations, he took photos of him and even wrote out a super cute score card for Linus. Overall I am so happy with everything and everyone I came in contact with, so much so that I am willing to make the long drive before work just to drop my baby off because I know he’ll be very well taken care of and he will be happy there. Thank you Carsyn and Bradley! And the rest of the wonderful staff! You guys really made this super easy on us. More...
