I contacted Naples Optimal Solutions after reading all the positive reviews on Yelp. David was personable and courteous over the phone. The day he was supposed to pass by the home, he was a bit late, but he maintained communication via text. When he saw the projects, he offered his insights. He seemed very knowledgable and professional. Before leaving, he took pictures along with the measurements of the project. He said he was going to provide quotes based on different materials. He committed to have the quotes within the next few days. He did say, "feel free to reach out if you see that I am taking long." A few days passed, I reached out (as he instructed). He replied that he will have the quotes by the weekend. A week passed by but I did not hear from him. I reached out again. This time, he did not respond. After a few more days, I reached one last time. He did not answer his phone and he did not reply to the texts. To me, silence means he is not interested in the job,  but he could have just said so instead of having me wait for two weeks. I gave him two stars because he is a nice person to speak with, but in the business world, unresponsiveness is a huge red flag. More...

Dave was very responsive, quick to return calls and let us take the lead in our small bathroom reno. The results were a transformed bathroom exactly to our specifications for a very reasonable rate! Dave fixed other unexpected plumbing concerns along the way and installed an out-of-the-ordinary vanity we had ordered. We recently had another contractor install our outdoor kitchen. Unfortunately they disappeared without completing the job. I contacted Dave and he was super responsive. He was able to get out and finish the job rather quickly and was a true pleasure to work with. He also did beautiful work!
