What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Lighting is probably the most important factor to a good photograph. There is a lot that can affect the overall photo quality but impact is generally created by a unique lighting circumstance. Using that lighting in a way to create a composititon that highlights the subject is the key.

What is it that you are trying to do with these photos and how can I understand their ultimate use.
Real Estate Photo
10-15 shots of the interior and exterior of a home for MLS.
Quick Turnaround with edits. I have all the equipment to shoot this fast and simple.
Typical charge $150 for this service. Varies based on location in the Valley
Need drone photos to show off the location or property?
This can be added for an addition $100
Full Photo Package = $250 (Drone and Standard photos)
STR Air B n B style shoot
15-25 shots of the interior and exterior of your Short Term Rental. I shoot these a lot like the MLS listings but the STR tends to require a bit more of a creative flair than a home listing. More attention given to decor and amenities to helpo you get booked!
I typically charge $200 for this style of shoot.
Headshots/Portraits
Linkedinn or Social Media headshots for your bussiness. These can be done in a studio lighting type of setup or in an outdoor setting with natural light.
Min $50
Non Standard Shoot
Please reach out if you have a unique request or something that is atypical.
Typical Daily rate is $350 but can be adjusted for the time requirements.
