I trained with Master Kris all the way to black belt between the ages of 13-18, and I'm 31 now. I'm motivated to write this review after so many years because as an adult I can reflect on the training I did with him and see how it has truly influenced my life up to this point, especially in the areas of resilience and confidence, which bleed into all areas like school, career, relationships, etc. Additionally, since moving away after high school, I’ve needed to defend myself a few times, and even though I didn’t bust out any fancy kicks, I think it helped me a lot just to know that I had the ability to take control of the situation. And although I'm more than 10 years out of practice, I can feel that that “no one better mess with me” attitude is still there. Thanks Master Kris! More...
