How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I try to really listen to what the client wants. From there, I try to create a unique menu that they won’t get elsewhere.
What do you love most about your job?
Creating memorable experiences and feeding hungry mouths!
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working in restaurants for over 20 years, I decided to ventur out on my own.

Unforgettable luxury dinner parties highlighting custom chef-driven menus. Whether it's gorgeous family style platters, an elegant buffet, or plated 5-course dinners, we offer full service including ingredient procurement, plating, serving, and clean up.

We can cater up to 100 guests in a buffet style setup offering elevated cuisine that your guests will defintiely want to go back for seconds!
