How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Through breaking mental barriers. My clients always realize that they are truly stronger than what they believe themselves to be in the beginning during my programs. With that new mindset instilled in them they are capable of achieving amazing things.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
With great nutrition and a hardworking mindset I was able to lose weight and have visible abs.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people be amazed about achieving things they never thought they could acheive .
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always had a drive to help people and to be my own boss but didn't know how, what, and when to start. With a few years under my belt I found my passion and wanted to share what I know with others.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a lot of diversity with me being a personal trainer. I was a 6x high school sports player in basketball, tennis, volleyball, swim, track and waterpolo in a very well ranked school so I know different ways to strength train for certain fields. Played over seas in basketball with sprains and bad knees so I also know how to find workouts that accommodate those as well. I had an injury a few years back so I couldn't do any weight lifting, so I took up running long distance, running 5k's and 10k's so I know how to excel in that as well. Have experience with different training types of people some obese, some just want to gain muscle, some just wanting to be able to stay on a consistent plan and some with medical issues. So whatever your goal is I can defiantly help you achieve it.
