Brett is a great trainer, he incorporates a perfect balance of motivation, humor and torture to keep you working during your session and to see results. His expertise regarding how bodies function is extremely valuable and I’ve always felt that my workouts are targeted to meeting my personal goals (and avoiding exacerbating areas where I have issues or injuries), even when doing a partner session. Love working with Brett. He's always listening to feedback and how my body feels during and after each exercise. Each workout feels well-tailored to a specific body part and lines up with my long term goals. Brett has a really good understanding of how to develop various muscle groups and can always explain how each exercise is supposed to help. He's also really meticulous about form in order to make sure I get the maximum value out of each rep. Overall would highly recommend working with him! More...

I'd have to say I'm extremely happy with my fitness training with Brett. I've had many different trainers over the past twenty years and he is by far the best trainer I've worked with. He is constantly changing things up and keeping the workouts effective and interesting. He not only has helped with nutritional choices / meal recommendations, but also helps out when something hurts. He doesn't just keep pushing through with the workout, but helps fix the issue so it doesn't get worse. Every workout I feel like I have zero energy left, which is exactly what I want. I want to take a moment to give a strong recommendation to my personal trainer, Brett Smith. I’m in my late 50s and Fitness has been important to me all of my life. With a busy schedule, I find it challenging to make the most of my workouts. I can’t say enough good things about Brett, who I started working out with over a year ago. Brett worked within my busy schedule and really helped me step up my fitness and help game. He is incredibly knowledgeable about body mechanics and physiology, and was able to personalize each work out according to my needs. Brett is very holistic and helped coach me on exercise, stretching and nutrition. In the end, results are what anyone is looking for and Brett produces results. Brett helped me reach my fitness goals during the last year that we have been training. I lost the extra body fat and am now stronger than ever.
