My sons and I have been students here since March and have really enjoyed learning Tae Kwon Do under Mast Valian and his instructors and senior students! It isn't just about learning Tae Kwon Do, but learning life lessons, commitment, discipline and respect. I've had my kid in martial arts classes here for 1+ year now and she loves it. Taekwondo has been great for my Daughter's confidence and has helped her to be more focused and disciplined at school. I highly recommend LTMA.

Lifetime Martial Arts has drastically changed my life on many things. To start with, I thank Grandmaster Merhdad Valian and Instructor Mr. Boraire Neamati for teaching me more than just how to kick and punch. They have made me realize that everyone in life is going to hurt you, but you just have to find the ones worth suffering for. I also thank my parents for pushing me to continue and not give up and thanks to them, and Grandmaster Valian, I am now a second degree black belt. For 5 years I've been training each and every day; Lifetime Martial Arts is a home to me now. Thanks to Martial Arts, I've realized that life isn't about finding yourself, but about creating yourself. I have been coming coming to lifetime martial arts since 2013 and I can honestly tell you that they have changed my life for the best. Throughout the years, the instructors have taught me many lessons from respecting my parents to controlling my anger when dealing with other people. Before I met master Valian, I was overweight 6th grade boy, who lacked confidence to speak in class and was bullied constantly. Back then I could only manage 0 push ups and couldn't really run well Since than I have shed my weight thanks to their excellent advice and I can protect my self pretty well. My daughter & Son has trained at Life Time Martial Arts for 2-3 years and loved it! His teaching were so invasive that my daughter anytime she comes back into town she wants to go back to learn her black belt. Master Valian's classes do not only teach martial arts to kids, but more importantly it teaches kids discipline, courage, goal setting, respect and much much more.

I am so grateful to know him and being able to find a place for my kids that teaches them manners, value in a wonderful family environment.
