Honestly, I never thought martial arts would be for me. I signed up for one of the free self-defense classes they offered because I felt it would be good to know what to do in a tight situation. Not only did I find a lot of interesting and life saving information, I was also intrigued by the staff. They are friendly, professional, very skilled instructors with a refreshing sense of humor. I had wanted to sign up for martial arts for several years, but I was specifically looking for martial arts without the extra fluff of gongs and choreography. I, like many people, saw videos of Krav Maga on YouTube and knew that was the martial art I wanted to learn! This is the martial arts school I've been waiting for. I have had years of martial arts training in the past and have wanted to get my children started as well. This school teaches the most practical form of self defense and the instructors are excellent. They make it fun for the kids and is a great workout for adults too.
