I had a great experience using Karla's pet sitting services. Her rates were very reasonable and she took great care of my four pets, keeping in touch with me at every visit. It was so helpful to have her bring in my packages and I appreciate her letting me know about it raining so we could have her keep our dogs inside when they would normally be out. Karla herself took care of my 3 cats this time when I was on vacation. Â She was able to successfully administer medication to one of my cats without incident and took the time to vacuum around the house and attempt to play with the boys. Â I always enjoy the photos of the pets that they send with each report, so that you can be assured of their health and safety. Â Some of their photos are better than ones that I took. I LOVE Karla's Pet Care. I have an 8 week old pomsky, named Niko, and desperately needed someone to watch him while I'm at work. Niko didn't have all of his shots, and no one would offer to watch him since he was too young. Karla offered to watch Niko at her house and watch him carefully since he wasn't fully potty trained. Fast forward weeks later, Niko LOVES going over there. Karla has two incredibly cute and loving dogs and my pup loves to play with them. Karla texts me updates of how Niko is doing, along with video or photos. It has helped Niko tremendously with getting along with other dogs and socializing. Karla and her husband are so caring and loving and have gone above and beyond to fit my schedule into their daily routine. Crystal is wonderful!! When we we leave town I know that our dogs are so loved. I get texts and pictures of the dogs while we are away with little updates. What do you love most about your job?
I love when our clients can relax on their vacation and not have to worry about their fur babies by sending them updates on every visit with pictures.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a single mom I wanted to have a more flexible job. I love animals so when I was in veterinary technician school at Cosumnes community collage I decided to start my own business.
It grew so large I had to hire employees to help out. I wasn't expecting this growth but here we are 18 years later:)
Why should our clients choose you?
We have a state of the art client portal system that allows clients to update their pet's information, schedule visits, and make payments. Best of all they will receive updates and pictures thru their personal portal.
We vet all our employees with our interview process and back ground checks. You can feel safe knowing in the 18 years we have been in business we never opened a liability or bond claim.
It's so personalized you will feel comfortable getting to know our pet sitters.

Our Client portal system is state of the art. We only use online for communication purposes and not for our pet sitting visits:)
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We wear masks in client homes and sanitize our hands prior to entering and after exiting a client's home.

We come to your home and visit your pet(s) for 30 minute visits 1-4 times each day depending on your pet's needs.
Dog Walking
Are you working from home and don't have time to walk your pup? We can come to you and walk him/her for 30 minutes.
Are you working long hours and your pup can't hold it or gets anxious being at home alone for such a long day?
We come to your home and visit for 1-4 times each day you need us.
Poop scooping
We let ourselves in to your yard weekly and pick up your dog's poop so you don't have too:)
Kitty litter scooping
Are you pregnant and can't scoop your cats litter box?
Are you physically unable to clean out the litter box due to a temporary or permanent disability?
We will come by and scoop and change them out as needed for you!
Hospice and end of life services
We can help you with the end of life issues and decisions that can arise due to your pet's illness or old age.
Small animal boarding
Is your small dog friendly with other dogs? Potty trained? Crate trained?
We offer boarding at our home office on occasion. Ask us and we can see if your pup will be a good fit.
