I’ve been training with Johnny for about a year now. Before training with him I would consistently have knee pain when working out. He was aware of this and began implementing exercises that would help strengthen my knees and hips so that I would no longer have this problem. He also taught me specific ways of foam rolling to target the problem areas. These things have changed my life because now I am able to lift heavier and challenge myself without worrying about injuring myself. Starting off my goal was to lose 15 pounds in order to be back at my regular weight which at the time I thought was almost impossible, but I lost those 15 pounds within the first 2 months of training with him! He has helped me strengthen and shape my body like never before and my stamina has also greatly increased (especially noticeable during cardio)
His qualifications and experience really stand out when training with him!

With my consistent positive energy I always try to keep my clients inspired and motivatated to push themselves past their bounderies. By giving them what they need at the moment and continue to progress their training programs and coaching strageties to advanced levels.

Hard work and dedication. I will be honest, you cant just show up to training sessions and expect to see results. You have to go beyond the sessions, taking the coaching tips and apply them to your lives. Getting the extra cardio in. Eating healthy. You have to want it bad enough that your willing to make the necesarry sacrifices to get there.

I love that I can help impact the lives of my clients through what I love and very passionate about. Seeing clients reach their goals and going beyond bounderies is what gives me purpose with this line of work.

I spent months training Muay Thai in Thailand and actively continue my training on near daily basis and competitive fight experience in Thailand as well as the states. Lets teach you proper technique meanwhile getting a great workout in and calorie burn as well.

I offer training programs teaching you how to master your body and get to the goals that you want. Specialty areas include weight loss, strength gain, muscle building, flexibility and breath work.
