I just want to give a shoutout to everyone. This Place is such a Wonderful and warm place , to practice, Martial Arts!!! everyone is friendly and caring. And I Believe the reason for this is Because, Professor KRU/MIKE. He is the most unbelievable trainer in New Jersey. After looking at many different places to train I eventually chose Impact and since then I have never looked back. Mike and all of the instructors do an awesome job of teaching proper technique while still maintaining a killer workout. It does not matter if you are looking to compete or to just learn the art of Muay Thai, Boxing or BJJ Impact is the place to be. I have been training here for a long time. I don't even remember when I first started it has been so long. They welcome you with open arms. They accept you when other places may turn you down. Friendly people and friendly staff. They make it a fun atmosphere. Mike and the other instructors aid you in learning not matter if it is your first time or not. I have trained over the years in several gyms doing muay thai and BJJ and I have to say that this is the best gym I've trained in. Everyone is there to help each other get better, learn the proper techniques and get in great shape. The positivity is contagious and if anyone is considering giving this type of sport a try, this is the place to get started. You can be brand new or be a trained fighter.
