Q&As

As a psychotherapist, I will create a safe, sound, and judgment-free environment helping you feel free to open up in honest conversations and issues that concern you. Facing mental health challenges can be difficult, but you do not have to fight them on your own. I find that therapy is most effective when we work as a team unit. I also believe in building a collaborative therapy experience. I understand my clients.

Most of my experience has been working with anxiety, depression, and substance addictions. I am inspired by my clients, family, friends, social network and myself. In therapy, I may assign “motivation-work” between sessions as a way for you to participate in your overall success in treatment outside of therapy. My email is mentalgoals@gmail.com and contact number is (734) 657-6937

I enjoy working with diversity. I prefer to use a combination of different approaches, such as Humanistic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral, and Motivational Interviewing. Congratulations on taking the first step towards a better you! I look forward to assisting you soon.
