Huston Therapy

We've been seeing Monica here for about 6 weeks now. I can't say enough positive things about her. Although the outcome of the reason we started seeing her hasn't ended how I had hoped, Monica has been a complete support system for myself throughout the entire process. I can call or email her anytime with whatever I need in between sessions, and she is always accommodating for those last minute sessions when you really need to see her. Monica Huston is a fantastic therapist who listens to you in any state of place you're in. Whether you're sad, depressed, feel like the world is out to get you, to happy, enjoying life, and feel like you just want to be affirmed, Monica is there for you. My first session with Monica was very open. The air was clear for me to say whatever I wanted to say, and it was very easy to get along with her style of therapy. She's a kind individual who will help direct you along and help you self-reflect on actions that you or others have done.Without getting into too many details, she has truly helped me become an individual who is now comfortable with themselves, can speak openly around others more, and I've found more peace within myself.
