I have been practicing Hapkido under Mr. and Mrs. Key for 6 months now, and it has been a very rewarding experience! The Greenville Martial Art Center provides a friendly environment for men and women of all ages and fitness levels to learn effective self-defense and gain confidence. Hapkido has improved my self-discipline and sense of respect for myself and others. Mr. and Mrs. Key promote student involvement in caring for their school and classmates. My son has been taking Taekwondo here for over 3 yrs now and STILL loves it! He's grown so much in that time and shows a discipline well beyond his 8yrs.
Now myself, his father and his grandfather are all taking Taekwondo together. It's a wonderful family atmosphere and a great place to call our home away from home.

I cannot say enough good about this establishment and the instructor! I work as a mental health therapist and we bring children in that are struggling with anxiety, depression, attention issues, defiance, trauma and so much more. The instructor is patient, kind, incorporates valuable life lessons and successfully reaches each of these children in a way I have never seen! Id give a hundred stars if I could!! More...

See Kai's review? That's one of the reasons why we're so satisfied with Master Andy's taekwondo classes. There's no room for entitlement, no participation awards. Our sons have been doing TKD for about two years (one is blue, the other is a green belt) and they love it. It's great to watch them grow both mentally and physically. My family has been taking Taekwon-do with Master Andy since March 2015. My Grand children take classes also. We love the classes and have learned so much in the time we've been there. Master Andy teaches us forms to be able to defend ourselves when or if we are in danger. My children and grand children have done better in school. A big turn around in their behavior also. They really look forward to going to class and learning something new. We've made lot of new friends there. It's like our second family to us. I have recommend this school to a lot of my friends and family members. The price is very reasonable. More...

I have been taking Hapkido from Mr. and Mrs. Key for over three years now, and am extremely happy with the experience! The practicality of Hapkido is awesome, and the workout is an added benefit! The instructors take a vested interest in all of their students, and make sure that they not only learn the skills and discipline, but that they understand why and how everything is done and taught the way it is. I just took a Hapkido class with my seven-year old son, and we both loved it and have decide to join. We learned several defense techniques in the first class, and my son could already demonstrate them to my wife when we returned home.
The instructors were excellent with teaching both me and my son. This is a great way to get exercise, while having fun and learning valuable defense techniques. It is good for all ages, and is a good way to build confidence for kids.
