Gracious Kennels

We brought our Saint Bernard to Gracious Kennels and she was 7 months old and on prosac. She hid in the corners was afraid of her own shadow and after we got back she was out going playing with other dogs and loves the owners we will never take our Bell to anyone else.

I am very particular about who babysits my kids and we consider our furry family the same way. The Gracious kennels Ranch and Spa is one of a kind. We have two very active dogs and they need special care. Wyatt is very hairy and tends to have allergic reaction to certain types of dog shampoo. Sue the owner recommended a type of program that protects the skin and helps him through the allergies. Amazing results. He looks better then ever. And Honey bear is young and active so when we board her we instructed that she would need extra attention and a lot of ball playing to help her not be so hyper. They did everything we asked and more. Loved the lemongrass treatments that they have the dogs smell so good. Thank you to Sue and Steve for a place to call home for Wyatt and Honey bear. We took our darling but shy 17 month old St. Bernard to Gracious Kennels Ranch and Spa.  It was her first time away from home, and we were both a little nervous.  We both had no need to worry!  She was warmly greeted by both Sue and her husband, and treated to loving head rubs and ear massages.  Then she romped in a big green field, and got to meet a new friend!  They brought their own dog out to play with her, and they were swapping kisses and goofing around.  When I returned to pick her up, she was happy, relaxed, and acted like she was part of their family!  It was AMAZING!  She has always been shy and scared, and we have worried about leaving her for this trip for months -- all for nothing.  She now has a home away from home, and I know I can relax because she is happy and enjoying her vacation, too! Was on a time pinch for my dog while on our Honeymoon and could not believe I spaced. Weird. But I called and could drop my dog/kid off on a Friday night and we were gone for Two long weeks. When we picked him up he seemed energenic from all the playing time with the other dogs. I also got my leash back, which is a big thing considering you never do with Kenneling places. I would use them again when I forget to plan for my dog when we go out of town. More...
