A healthy diet is essential for good health and nutrition. It protects you against many chronic noncommunicable diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer. Eating a variety of foods and consuming less salt, sugars and saturated and industrially-produced trans-fats, are essential for healthy diet.

What inspired you to start your own business?
We started GPA in the early 2000s with the belief that success is for all of us. We felt strongly about this but weren’t yet sure how to impact the most people. Rather than confining ourselves to established industries such as health care, corporate wellness, and sports performance, we’re interested in putting people in the best position to take control of their life so they can succeed at anything.
