My husband and I got married this past Saturday and throughout the wedding planning Fred Fox was amazing! We saw one photographer before we met with Fred Fox and were uneasy with them. When we talked to Fred Fox our minds were IMMEDIATELY made up that this was who we wanted for our wedding! Terry did our engagement pictures and did a beautiful job! Our photographer was Gregory and we were so pleased with him! He was professional, fun and absolutely the best photographer ever! WE both highly recommend using them for your wedding! Being in the business and having worked with many photographers, I can tell you it was a little hard to find the perfect one so far away. I am a stickler for perfection at my events and would settle for nothing less in a photographer for my favorite cousin. The Fred Fox people are AMAZING to work with! Everything about our wedding day was perfect and Fred Fox Studios helped make it happen. There's a big difference between a company that pretends to care and one that really does. Keith, Carol, Terry, and Kelly are amazing people with outstanding service and expertise. Fred Fox genuinly cares about every aspect and it shows. I can't even begin to explain how wonderful and painless it was to have Fred Fox shoot the video for our wedding! From beginning to end the process was painless and the outcome was better than we could have imagined! ! Working with Crystal at the Orland Park office was such a breeze!! She was incredibly professional and easy to work with. Beyond patient!!! She even put up with my constant "Bride Crazy E-mails". Orland was a bit of a drive for us so we only had to visit the office twice which was perfectly fine since she ended up just mailing out our videos to us. We had Carlos as our cameraman and let me just tell you, he was the nicest guy ever! Total sweetheart! And he captured such beautiful shots! We will cherish our wedding video for the rest of our lives. Totally worth the price we paid! I HIGHLY recommend going with Fred Fox for videography! We worked with Dennis as our photographer for both our engagement photos and our wedding. We were SO pleased with Dennis's work! Not only are his photos absolutely beautiful, but he made us feel totally comfortable and had us pose naturally and in a way that reflected our two personalities. Dennis spent a lot of time working with me to make sure he made the day special and took the photos I wanted. I sent him a list of the photos I wanted and a collage of sample wedding pictures that I liked. He took that very seriously and made sure that I got the photos I wanted. He also met with me for almost an hour and a half a few days before the wedding to plan things out with me. Dennis was also just a fun guy to work with. I highly recommend Dennis as a photographer! We also worked with Mario as our videographer. We haven't gotten our video yet, but Mario was also great to work with, and it seemed that he worked really well with Dennis. Fred Fox did both our photography and videography for our wedding on May 20, 2017.  While we haven't seen the photos yet, we can say that we were very pleased with Thomas and John doing their photos/filming on the day of the wedding.  Thomas had some great ideas for some wedding shots and he seemed to have a great eye for capturing some great shots.  John was also great in getting setup and ready for the wedding ceremony and reception.We look forward to seeing our wedding photos/film and will follow up with an updated review when we get them! From the first time talking to manager Terry on the phone till meeting him in person, then meeting our photographer Felipe before the wedding, and then our big day. ..every moment and every step of the way since Fred Fox started working with us... has been such an easy, pleasurable, fun experience! their attitude, professionalism and service were just flawless and completely beyond my expectations! Felipe did a perfect job working so hard to capture all the beautiful, incredible and fun moments of our wedding, my husband and I can't thank him enough. From start to finish the Professional service we received from Fred Fox Studios was Amazing....Carol, you truly are a credit to your profession, just a pleasure to work with, thank you! ! Next there was our Photographer Joe, his gift for capturing the moments were spot on and the beauty that each of his photos exudes creates a love story all on its own. There were a few reasons that we went with Fred Fox Studios. Number one being their history, you can't go wrong with a business that has stood the test of time. Another big reason we went with them was that they provide you with the rights to all of your pictures, which was hard to find in other studios. Probably the biggest reason for us booking them was Carol. She was fantastic and helped us so much more than just the contract. Our photographer, Joe, was very helpful as well and really did a good job of taking control as well as adhering to our picture requests. Everybody that we have worked with from Fred Fox Studios has been very sweet and tremendously helpful every time we needed to go over anything. I needed to get some professional head shots taken in a hurry to meet a printing deadline and I called a few studios in Schaumburg to make an appointment. Fred Fox Studios was the only one that understood my sense of urgency and got me in the next day. Terry, the photographer, was an absolute joy to work with. Typically, they are doing large events and weddings but they treated me with professionalism and respect. The shoot was actually fun! We were so pleasantly surprised by Fred Fox photography! We had a lot of concerns when choosing a photographer. Many places that we inquired just did not fit our budget. Someone suggested Fred Fox and the price was right. I was worried that the service would not be as good for something so reasonably priced, but I was immediately proved wrong. Every question got answered right away. The payments were broken up and easy for us to make. Every concern I had was put to ease by an email. Then, the most important part was how wonderful our photographer was! Joe was exactly the type of person I wanted to follow us around all day setting up perfect pictures. He was fun, got right to the point, and worked well with everyone. So many people told me how cool he was and how fun the picture taking process was with him. He took fun, original shots, and made sure to get all the necessary family shots in as well. He reminded me to take pictures that I myself forgot I told him I wanted to make sure and get that day. He was just great! I could not have asked for anything better. There are so many difficult decisions to make when planning a wedding; the decision to use Fred Fox photography was one of the best ones that we made! Visited Fred Fox Studio's  inside the House of Brides in Schaumburg back in Feb for our August wedding, and got to know Carol who runs the office. Carol was so helpful in helping us pick out the right photo package not to mention very helpful in other aspects of advice on our up and coming big event. When I first started looking for a photographer for our wedding, I was pretty overwhelmed. I found there was such a wide range of prices for photographers and though I didn't want to cheap out and get crappy photos, I also didn't want to blow half our budget on one line item. I ended up talking to three studios.  The last person I talked to was Carol from the Fred Fox  studio in Schaumburg. Carol was a breath of fresh air. She didn't make me feel pressured to book right away like the other studios, and I loved her no-nonsense personality. Once we did book, Carol asked me questions about what I was looking for in our wedding photos and then showed me some photographer's portfolios. In the end, we went with photographer Gregory D.I loved Gregory from the second we met him for our engagement photo session. He has tons of energy and a great sense of humor and obviously knows what he's doing. Gregory was a hit at our wedding, too. I still have people telling me how much they liked him. I am remembering all these places I forgot to Yelp!  What is my deal?!  Anyways...I used Fred Fox for my wedding on Sept. 29, 2007 and I couldn't have been happier !  They were very accommodating and friendly throughout my whole experience.  We used Sam, because he specializes in journalistic style and that is exactly what I wanted.  He was on time the day of the wedding and took any pictures I asked him to on top of the million he took himself!  He was with us the whole day, from about 9 AM to 2 AM!!  We also used their videography services and our video came out AWESOME!!!  It was well worth the expensive price tag! (I believe the video package cost around $1700 or so)  He was also with us until about 2 AM!  There is no limit to the amount of hours they will be there, they are just there as long as you need them!  And the book package I ordered was the magazine style, which takes a bit longer to create, but is is well worth the wait!  I believe this package cost around $2800-$3000, but again, was worth every penny.  I got the book that has 20 pages, which obv equals 40 sides.  I also ordered three "brag" or as I call them baby books, which are exact replicas of the large album (12 x 12) and I gave one to my sister and one to my mom.  Those will run you about $250-$300 each, but again, well worth it because you don't have to carry your huge book around to show everyone!  I guess I can't really say any more about Fred Fox except that they are great!
