Flight Fitness & Wellness (FFW) is a Metro Detroit Michigan based IN-HOME / MOBILE personal training business. The owner and sole trainer, Patrick Crosby, began the company in 2019 in Buffalo, NY. After moving to Michigan in January of 2020 he saw the need for his services and decided to relaunch the company in order to assist clients with their fitness goals in the most convenient way possible, on their own time and where they feel most comfortable!

I help my clients accomplish their goals by listening to them, helping them refine them when needed, create new goals, and more. Everything we do, will be together and as partners.

What do you love most about your job?
Watching my clients accomplishing their goals and changing their lives for the better but having so much fun in the process. It means everything to me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Autonomy, control, larger impact, job security, and income.
