Robert is an awesome personal trainer and tailors each session to each individual's personal needs and level. I used to attend the Y MCA and switched to Fight Fitness transformation about 4 months ago and amazed at how much healthier and stronger I am, thanks to the well-rounded workouts that I get twice a week. Robert has a positive attitude and makes working out at a much higher level lots of fun. Fight Fitness transformation also offers very small group yoga and pilates classes.
