We are a boxing and fitness facility in East Orlando where we train all ages and skill levels from beginners to professionals. We all have the desire to get fit and feel great. Our trainers have 10 plus years of experience and are certified with USA Boxing, the largest amateur boxing organization in the US. We offer personal training one on one and small group training.
