What’s your signature dish?
Empanadas are by far the most requested appetizer. My favorite is the ribeye empanada and it is hard to pick a winner between it and the green chile-pork option. As for a main dish, the spinach and ricotta cannelloni have always been a preferred item for elegant dinners.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I provide a package style service. I work with the client to determine a menu and price the job based on location, venue and headcount, making it more cost effective.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve always had a creative mind. From my early love of the culinary arts to deejaying at the age of 15 and bartending at 18, if the ocassion called for experimentation or a new approach I welcomed it as an opportunity to expand my creativity. Sharing my creations always brought joy to those in my inner circle and this lead me to pursue the opportunity to begin this journey.
