This dental office is incredible. My daughter and I went in for a routine check up and everything from beginning to end went smooth. The receptionist, Elizabeth is so friendly, it was definitely a warm welcome. The office was clean with pretty decor. I loved showing up, checking in and not having to fill out paperwork, since you can fill it out online. The dental assistants were also very friendly and approachable. So we were seen by Dr. Hegazin, wow what a great experience. My daughter who hates going to the dentist, was so comfortable, he was so patient and was joking with her, which made her feel at ease. She finally thinks the dentist office is not so bad lol (past experience for her were unsatisfactory). When it came to my exam, I was very content. He explained everything throughly. As he was showing me the X-rays he would explain what was going on. He was very conversational, answered all my questions, I was very pleased. Very happy I found this place. I've had both a cleaning and cavity fill at this office. I'm not a low anxiety dental patient so I've been really impressed with how the dentist and his staff treated me. My entire family had our first visit here yesterday and today. It was first time dentist visit for my kids and naturally I was feeling a little skeptic. However everything went without hitches and smooth. The staff is professional, courteous and friendly. The way they communicate puts you to ease. Dr. Khambatty is also friendly and you feel confident in her care. There's Netflix(for big and small). That's a huge plus to make kids sit tight in one place. The staff here was super nice and friendly! I Went today for a new patient regular cleaning today and was very impressed. They have a lot of newer technology so the X-rays and pictures of your teeth are taken with a portable machine right there in the dentist chair . Dr. Khumbaty was very nice and said my teeth looked great! I've known I need one dental implant for a few years and she did explain all of that to me and I was thankful for the quote sheet they printed me out to take home and think over. They were not pushy or did not make me feel like they were just out to get as much money from me or my insurance as some dentists often do. I am very pleased and will be back to their office! Wonderful experience! My daughter and I were both seen here. Loved the dentist, she has a great bedside manner. She explained everything and was honest! I just returned from Valley Ranch Family Dentistry or VRFD as I like to call it.  Nobody likes going to the Dentist, but this was the best dental experience of my life.  The Doctor, staff, equipment, offices, all first rate.  You can tell everyone really enjoys their jobs here, and the consideration was off the charts.  I had gone to a sham dentist last month that wanted to charge me $24,000 to "fix" my teeth, of course I told him if I paid that I expected to drive off in a new car afterwards.  The prices here are very reasonable, they are upfront and honest, and really good at explaining your options.  Call them, I promise you that you will thank me later...
