Went and worked out there for the first time yesterday. I felt very welcomed to the group. The trainer was wonderful explaining every move before I tried it and was there to make sure I was performing the move safely. Everyone was encouraging and seemed very supportive. More...

I don't have anything to compare this to since this is my first "gym" experience, but I love it. It is very empowering to make your body do things you didn't know you were capable of. The staff and fellow Crossfitters are very supportive and never negative. They adapt the exercises to one's current abilities, but are always encouraging you to try harder, while staying in safe parameters. More...

What can I say about Crossfit Nation? I truly have the best experience here. The Coaches are awesome, every class I attend everyone is helpful and supportive. I get a great workout every time and see a change in what I can do constantly! Not to mention I have made awesome friendships at Nation! So glad I made this choice. More...

Starting off at the weakest I had ever felt in my life, then journeying to the strongest I have ever been, this gym and my experience with the positive community at this gym were/are just the combination I needed to bring my quality of life way up, and continues to do so, 2+ years and counting. :)

This place has honestly changed the way I look at fitness and nutrition. I used to hate working out because it was repetitive and boring but with CrossFit, it’s something different everyday. You have a group of people tackling their goal together but not competing with anything but themselves and they’re desire to get in better shape and life enrichment. More...

Me and my wife dropped in here a few weeks back, and it was an excellent experience. We were planning to do a class, but we somehow messed up the schedule and they allowed us to program our own workout while some of the coaches did some open gym workouts. I attended a class the same week and the coaches were very knowledgeable and even adjust my form for some 1 leg deadlifts with a KB, that I don't do very often at my home box. I would highly recommend dropping into this box if you are in the area. More...

Workout and gym I have stuck with for four years now! Small class size (5-7) with everyone cheering each other on. Different workout daily- I go 2-3 x a week. I scale my workouts so don't be scared by Crossfit you see on TV More...

It's not scary or hard core (in a bad way) or "extreme"; it's only what you make of it. The workouts are appropriate for the fit, the fat and/or
the forty+. Get in here - you might just make it out "alive".

The absolute best, tough, inspiring workouts I've ever had! And that's after a lifetime of "working out".
I wake up at 7:30 am, and no matter how I feel, deep down I'm psyched and excited to get to Crossfit Nation.
Every day is different, I'm never bored, and I KNOW I've found the right place at last where I can change my body in a way that's meaningful to me. The first months went once or twice a week, barely; so sore and exhausted. It's now week six, and I've been going 3x a week, and this week, I will be going 4x a week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. I love it! I'm challenged! I'm still sore but not as much. I still get exhausted, but not that badly. I can feel my body freaking out and adjusting. It just takes consistency and time. Rest and sleep and a quality high protein, good fats and some quality carbs make a huge difference. This is the kind of workout I've been wanting all of my life.
Thank you Leah, Kirsten, and Crossfit!
