Hi, I’m Curtis Harris I became a personal trainer over ten years ago to share my enthusiasm, passion and knowledge to show people how physical fitness could ultimately change a persons way of life for the better.
A personally designed 6-12month training program for clients with a quarterly evaluation to make sure we are on par in obtaining your goals set out to achieve.

Curtis introduced me to the fitness world as a young college student trying walk on my basketball team. Curtis takes his time and helps you understand exactly what you’re working on and why. With Curt, you get more than a trainer, he became a mentor to me, a big brother. He’d feed my young mind with great insight, which still plays a huge part into who I am today. I applied a lot of what he taught me in the gym to real life.

Fast forward 10 years later, I have a group of clients whom I train today. Curtis is a huge inspiration to me, I strive to help people better their lives through fitness, as my mentor did for me. Great person all around, who can work with anybody, just come ready to learn!

I promise you will not find a better trainer than Coach Curtis. He is extremely knowledgeable and without a doubt you'll get stronger working with him. But with Coach Curtis, you're also getting someone that is so dedicated to helping you succeed that he'll stay with you an extra hour (sometimes longer) just to hear you vent and give you sound advice. You're getting someone that will send you encouraging messages and resources throughout the week so that you can maintain your goals and stay focused, even if he's not seeing you on those days. Coach Curtis was my first boxing coach and greatest inspiration. Never thought I would get into the sport because of the conservative culture I come from, but I also learned to appreciate it through Curtis. He set the path for me to go beyond my comfort zone (safely) and achieve the goals I set for myself. That first class was really hard and was a testament to how Curtis trains you the right way about discipline, strength, potential and motivation. It was the best decision I've ever made. Since his class, I was on a journey to lose weight and stay healthy. Until this day, Curtis's philosophy and his disciplinary methods push me to get to the gym and practice the agility that he taught me from square one. His classes are NEVER boring or wasteful because you WILL feel accomplished, focused and confident walking out of there. I wish I was close enough to continue training with Curtis. After training with Curtis I find myself not only stronger and more confident in my physical abilities but also in my mental capabilities.

Curtis pushed me to places I wasn't sure I could overcome and encouraged me to find places within myself that I've never visited before. All the while keeping things fun and lighthearted.

Before training with Curtis, I thought I knew a thing or about boxing and boy was I wrong! Thankfully, Curtis laced me up with some amazing technique and knowledge of the game. I consistently use technique Curtis taught me every time I fight and I'm still amazed how well properly executed basic techniques work even on the most advanced fighters.(that step jab-two, three;P)

I can go faster, harder and longer than I ever have been able to and I'm in the best shape I've ever been in, in my life.

Working with Curtis has been one of the best decisions I've ever made and he will probably be just as, if not even more beneficial to your lifestyle than he's been to mine.

I trained with Curtis at Infinity Athletics, and then again at Ultimate Athletics. I’ve never met anyone more passionate about what they do than Curtis, and because of this, it is so much fun. I learned how to throw a proper punch and stay balanced, instead of just flailing my arms around and tipping over like in most other boxing classes I’d taken prior to Curtis’s (‘cause that would not fly with him). He’s kept me motivated for months at a time, and training with him is a blast. I always give 100% because short cuts don’t work with Curtis, so don’t even try. “I plateaued while doing the same workout regimen and I needed someone to help me improve. I was looking for trainer on Thumbtack, and I have received a message from Curtis telling me that he will be able to help me reach my goals. After reading the reviews from his clients, and doing the assessment, I immediately decided that I wanted to train with him as soon as possible. I improved dramatically from when I started with him till now and I am still improving. Every session with him I do learn something new. I became stronger, was able to deadlifts heavy weight and power clean as well as do boxing. I have lost body fat and gained lean muscle as well.
His sessions are creative. He pushes you to do your best and to believe in yourself that you can achieve more. He always encourages you and boost your confidence which helps to achieve the goals intended.

Constsnt communication, knowing everything about them from their childhood cat to their secret “favorite grandparent”. Designing tailored training program/curriculum(syllabus) for us to achieve the desired results. And lastly emphasizing on the importance of momentum and how when you create momentum( in the slightest) you are becoming closer to the person(body) you knew was always there.

Understanding portion control, becoming one w/ the weights, Knowlwdge, application, obsession, relentless persitance, mind body and movement connection, adaptation, undeestanding that consistency=momentum=one step at a time.

What i love the most is “The Process!” From when clients are figuring it out, to that “ahha” moment(ex: muscle weighs more than fat but pailes in comparison to amount of space it takes up), to the body transformation(lean muscle)

With great detail i focus on the movement patterns of the client to identify your over and underachieve muscles/ areas, therefore providing me w/ specific info for a clients particular needs to improve and "normalize" their day to day activities. post op or pre op.

The boxing program is design specifically towards the clients needs and consist of learning how to move defensively while reacting offensively. In addition to enhancing overall striking strength, speed, efficiency and accuracy, training w/ various pushing bags and focus devises you'll be engaging in isolated strength and conditioning exercises to achieve your ideal physical esthetics.
