I was reading the reviews on here and had to comment especially for the ones rated with “1” star. I take my beloved Sadie to this location and couldn’t have been happier with the service. Last year was the first time we have ever boarded her over night. It was very nerve wracking because she’s 11 and never experienced being away from her family. I was able to watch the cameras when needed and confirmed staff Were loving and taking care of her. She had a wonderful time. There were times I was running late for pick up, but out of courtesy notified the staff and they were extremely accommodating. Communication is key. I also noticed my dog was dirty and needed a bath, but isn’t that typical at a dog day care? Also, they do have large yards to play and her room with nice expensive epoxy flooring which was perfect. She had a small bed and was comfortable. I drive 40 minutes to take my dog to this location and love how well they treat our baby. Our dog hasnt boarded here yet, but will in April. The process to make a reservation went very smoothly and the prices are reasonable. Took a tour and facility was immaculate and the dogs seemed happy.UPDATE!our dog was just picked up and it was the BEST !! Very Attentive! - Great Staff. I took my senior dog there for boarding and grooming while I was out of town - I was a bit nervous because it was a new place for him and he had never been in daycare before but they kept me updated on how he was doing and set my mind at ease. They took great care of him and when I returned he was happy, healthy and clean. He had a big goofy grin on his face when I came to pick him up so I know he had a great time. I bring all 3 of my dogs here for daycare and they absolutely love it! Staff is very friendly and the facility itself is very clean. They offer a bunch of services (I have yet to try more)! My pups get excited as soon as we pull up to the facility and not to mention how pooped they are after daycare! I have had to board one time over the summer, staff is very patient with me for calling non stop for updates on my pet! The owner and staff genuinely love all pets entering the building! Wonderful place for boarding dogs. Our English Springer Spaniel has stayed there many times over the past three years and each stay has gone extremely well. The housing is exceptionally appealing, immaculately clean, bright with suites having beds that look very comfortable. Very friendly staff. You can tell they love their job and dogs. Option for web cam viewing of your dogs while they're in their room. Our pets get taken out 5 times a day! Our former boarding place only did two times. Their doggy day care is also nicely run and our new puppy comes home all tired out and is more easily trained plus bonus socializing. I have had a hard time finding a groomer for my Norwegian Forest Cat. She has very long fine hair that becomes extremely matted over the winter. My veterinarian office does a good job, but requires anesthesia. I did not want to put her under as she has had too much of it, and is so small.Creature Comforts was amazing! They were so professional, friendly and helpful. The facilities were immaculate. I observed two dogs being dropped off for 'doggie daycare', and the dogs were so excited to be there they were dragging the worker to the back!!! No one loves Creature Comforts more than Denny and I, except for our dog, Lilly! Lilly knows where she is when we get close, and she perks right up, tail just a going, she is so happy to be there. She loves playing with the other dogs, and sometimes we leave her for doggy daycare just because we know she loves going there. We love the people who work there, they are so good with our girl. From the second I walked in, the staff was very friendly and was more than willing to show me around the place. There was multiple types of rooms for boarding to choose from. I have taken my cat, Merlin, to Creature Comforts twice so far. I love this boarding kennel! The facilities are very clean and the foyer is open and bright. Since my cat is prone to getting urinary tract infections, and early indication of any issues is the most important thing for his health, I love that the owner is a veterinarian technician. I can relax knowing that my cat is getting excellent care. My cat loves the cat tree and there is a window and screen door in the cat room so that he can watch all the action. They text pictures of him to me almost daily; I love getting updates to see what he is up to. Also, it is great that they have hours on Saturday and Sunday. My wife and I (along with our weimaraner) love Creature Comforts. We use them for overnight boarding as well as daycare on a regular basis and recommend it to all of our friends. My dog loves going to daycare there and always comes home a tired and happy.We were apprehensive about boarding overnight because we hadn't done it before, but being able to watch our dog in her suite on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S III) via webcam helped tremendously. We are so happy that we found this kennel. We have three dogs, ages 5,13, and 15. We have boarded them in the past and they always came home stressed. Then we found Creature Comforts. We leave them in a Luxury Suite where they can all stay together. It is a large room with a bed, tv, and a web cam that enables us to watch our dogs whenever we want from our smart phones, It gives us such peace of mind to be able to see what they are doing at any time. The place is staffed 24 hours a day by veternary technitions. If there was a medical emergency they would be able to take care of it.
