Zach trained me in person in 2017. He was able to work with my budget and develop an in person training program for me that developed into a great friendship. Soon afterwards, I started getting chronically ill and Zach was always there to give me advice on exercises I could do without exasperating my various conditions. I really liked Zach's training program. He is a very good coach and he was there all the time, I really liked the mobility exercises and I feel that the routines were relevant to the goal I had set for myself, I lost 10 pounds in a period of 4 months and that makes me very happy. Zach is the best trainer! He is very patient, polite and respectful. He have several certifications and you can tell he has the knowledge.
I find extremely hard to work out due to my huge laziness but Zach always finds the way to make me do it! He also has amazing recommendations for eating healthy!!!!!!

I've been training with Zach since February 2021. I have lost over 20lbs and I see a large difference in my strength, endurance and physical appearance. He is supportive, knowledgeable and willing to answer questions or concerns about health, diet, and proper technique. He goes at my pace and increases intensity as I got used to work outs. I started running at age 61 and every 2 years would see my bone density improve by 1.5% but still be in the range of osteoporosis. This went on for 8 years before meeting Zach. After Zach taught me how to power lift (squat, dead lift, and bench press), my bone density went up 7% into the osteopenia range and is now almost normal. I appreciate not only his technical expertise but his patience and interest by encouraging me throughout the process. He integrated my running with lifting and gave me a solid foundation on which to improve both. I have since moved out of the area, but by building on his instruction I have been able to squat 185#, dead lift 220#, and bench press 95#. Not bad for a 72 year old woman, thanks to Zach! More...

Zac is great in that he listens to the customer, identifies a work our plan that is built to your specific body, age, medical history. He is all about form and doing exercises correctly vs what other trainers do (pushing around a lot of weight with no regard to how it can injure your body). Zach tries to understand your personal goals / needs to orchestrate a feasible workout plan.

For me - focus on being healthy and strong core - he was careful about setting the weight to start low and work up strength- Zach gets to know you and can tell when you are close to maxing out or identifying you are having an off day and tweak accordingly

Very flexible with scheduling to make it convenient for me :)

Zach combines patience, empathy, and a significant knowledge base to get people motivated. I've tried several personal trainers and physical therapists but never found anyone who really understood chronic illness and my particular challenges.
It's very easy for me to get injured due to hyper mobility and other health conditions. Zach understands this and adapts my workouts to prevent injury and pain flares. I cannot overstate how much of a difference this has made.

I have gentle touch and I talk with client on what their goals are. We then try to find a plan and schedule that fits to their life style that is susttaineable. We then work and communicate to test and tweak things as we move along. Goals are achieved by doing the work and communicating well between client and trainer.

I love to help people. Its a blessing to be able to have a job that in which I can facilitate people achieving their goals.

Most of the health of the fitness and health industry is set up as a product they care more about making money and how keep the client paying them then the client getting their goals and learning. This is why I started my own company.

You should choose me because I will go above and beyond. I will make time for you. I will be available and I care.

I do both in person and remote. The remote service is provide is programing and texting for questions. The client does the programing and give me notes and sends videos of them doing exercise I asked for videos or if they are curious if they are doing it right. We also track food if the cleint has goals based of diet. We use MyFitnessPal or photo dairies.

Online coaching to help you with your goals. Bought 4 weeks at a time with a minimum of 12 weeks for your first package. I give you workouts based on your goals, schedule and equipment. 24 hour access to texting me with questions. Diet and nutrition can be added.

$150 per person a month 3 month initial commitment.
With option of getting up to 2 one hour sessions monthly in person each at $65 if local at my training studio or your house.

Remote Coaching with added in person personal training 1 on 1 at a discounted rate.
