How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
A healthy diet is crucial to achieving one's health and wellness goals. Food is life to humans and many other creatures on this planet. However, not all food is created equal. Most foods available to us now are merely convenient, but not nutritious for our bodies. It's almost like watering your plant with poisonous water. The plant will slowly deteriorate. The same thing happens to humans, except our bodies reacts with diseases. The key is to figure out what foods work and don't work for YOU. We are all unique and one size does not fit all.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Each one of my clients goes through a detailed assessment with me first in order to evaluate where they are in regards to fitness level and health. I then put together a yearly plan, a monthly plan, and a weekly plan in order for my client to get an overview of the program and how they will be progressing towards their goal. I encourage all my clients to set attainable goals, as those help them stay on track. Each month, my clients perform an assessment to see the progress they have made and for them to know that they are indeed making progress towards their goal.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Being committed, working hard, and having dedication. But, also having fun doing it and doing it for yourself!
What do you love most about your job?
I love knowing that I'm helping my clients become a better version of themselves, physically, emotionally, mentally, and visually. I also love seeing the smiles on my clients faces when they see results and reach their goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I grew up in an entrepreneurial world. My parents were entrepreneurs. I’ve always dreamed of owning my own business and helping people while I do it. I love the freedom I have.
