How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We use specifically targeted exercises through one on each new training and to help our clients achieve their goals. We make sure their bodies are recovering and healing with breathing techniques, meditation and stress relief techniques.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret is believing that you can achieve the body you dreamed of through consistency and necessary work.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to help people to heal and improve not only their bodies, but their overall health. I love to see people improve and overcome their obstacles to become their best self.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Personal trainers have been some of the most helpful people in my life since I was a teenager. I had multiple injuries that I was able to heal from thanks to my personal trainers, and then even take my body to levels I never thought I could on my own. I wanted to share this with as many people as I can genuinely help by creating my own personal training business.

I have experience learning from high level health and fitness trainers as well as healers and martial arts coaches. I continue to learn everyday to help anybody to overcome their specific obstacles.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We make sure to clean the facility between each session and have opportunities for remote and outdoor training.
1 on 1 Training
In a one on one training session we will determine where you desire to improve, whether it’s athletic performance, pain, stress, or health issues and we work one on one for a personalized workout session.
Recovery Work
We offer a variety of healing techniques in our facility as well as teaching meditation and breathing techniques to our clients to help heal the mind and body.
Martial Arts Classes
At IQ Movement we teach Martial Arts classes throughout the week. We have equipment set up for training and we welcome beginners to experts!
Fitness Classes
We have fitness classes in the morning and evening throughout the week. We teach cardio, strength and running classes!
Kickboxing
I coach kickboxing for all levels in a 1 on 1 setting. Learn to punch and kick with skill and technique!
Muay Thai
Muay Thai is an athletic martial art that includes punching, kicking, elbows and knees. Learn and improve your Muay Thai with personalized coaching and mitt holding.
