After 20 years in Real Estate industry, Jess left her desk job behind for a career in fitness. Certified by The American Fitness Institute, Jess has coached for over four years and teaches Kickboxing and Circuit Training classes in Manhattan and Astoria New York.

Jess is a phenomenal coach and trainer. She really tailors the workout to your individual needs and pushes you past your perceived limits.
