Diet: No dairy, no sugars (that means fruits but berries are good), only good carbs (brown rice)
What do you love most about your job?
Love helping others get to where they want to be. Seeing people love my workouts and saying AWSOME how great they feel really gives me joy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Due to gyms are no longer available I want people to stay active during this time.

I am available 24hrs a day. Whenever you have a question or need guidance you can contact me. I am very detailed when it comes to technique to make sure you don’t injure yourself. I make your sessions challenging and fun.

Virtual Sessions
Every virtual session I pay attention and make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. No equipment? No problem. I use materials that are in your own home to get a great work out. Rate $50.00 per session
